Mar 16, 2026 — S-Corporations and Partnerships must file returns (Forms 1120-S and 1065).
📅 April 2026 — “Tax Day”

Apr 15, 2026 — Federal individual income tax returns (Form 1040) for tax year 2025 are due; taxes owed must be paid by this date to avoid penalties/interest.

Apr 15, 2026 — First quarter 2026 estimated tax payment due (for income earned Jan 1–Mar 31, 2026).

Apr 15, 2026 — Deadline to contribute to IRA/Roth IRA/HSA accounts for the 2025 tax year.

If you can’t file by April 15, you can request an automatic 6-month extension (Form 4868), which extends the filing deadline to Oct 15, 2026, but not the payment deadline.
